Why the Pineapple?
Well, someone asked us about that, and we’d like to tell you why it’s in our logo!  The pineapple has historically evolved into an architectural and artistic symbol of hospitality.  In the Colonial Era of settlement in America, pineapples were used as gate post ornaments to signify ‘welcome’ to the visitor.  Read more about the history of pineapple…
