The Soul Food Market is in balmy Metro Atlanta, Georgia.  We live in Cherokee County where the "Metro Meets the Mountains".  Even though we’re having a drought, our gardens and orchards are beginning to present us with their bounty.  The blackberries are thick in the woods behind my house!  Many kinds of berries are good this year.  That makes me dream of pies and cobblers.

I made a Chicken cobbler for a friend who had mouth surgery.  She was able to eat it and really enjoyed it!

 I bet my Web Diva has a very unusual pie recipe from Texas.  Her tastes never cease to amaze me!!!!
