Gingerbread & Pork chops

I just love the flavor of grilled pork chops when you rub them with fresh sage and garlic before putting them on the fire.  And an unusual bread to serve with a meal of chops, baked yams, and a bright green veggie — hot gingerbread muffins! 

Make a honey butter with a little cinnamon and orange rind to spread on them!
